First off, I would like to thank Kevin(UGETIT) from Method Motorsports, and Marcus from River City Offroad for their quality customer service during the ordering process. There were a few small issues, but both companies stepped up to the plate and went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of.

I have been in the market for some time for a coilover setup. I researched several different manufacturers and felt that the Poly Performance setup offered exactly what I was looking for.

I also have been looking hard at the coilover manufacturers product. After all of my research, I still kept coming back to the FOA's. I really like the "all business" aspect that they have. They are really well made, and for the money, I think they're really hard to beat.

I have only had the chance to complete the front, and part of the rear setup, but here's the pics so far.

All in all, the front came out pretty clean. I plan on making my own bumpstop mounts to reinstall my teraflex speedbumps. Poly incorporates a lower bumpstop pad into their lower mount, so I'm halfway done.

Here's where I'm at with the rear setup.

Removed existing lower shock mount bracket

Cut and ground factory exhaust hangers.

Installed the lowers.

I just reinstalled my coils and shocks after that, ran out of time, and had to get to work this morning. I should be able to finish up this week. The ride improvement is unbelievable, I can't wait to go wheeling!

RIGHT ON!!! You are now the 3rd person on this forum to install the poly set-up. Your going to love it. You will be amazed at how well the rear rides with no sway bar - don't spend money on a rear Anti-Rock yet until you try it for a while without one.

I recommend that you weld your rear lower mounts to the axle tubes. The whole weight of the Jeep is now being supported by those mounts.

Button it up and post some flex pics for us :smokin:.

BTW, your Jeep looks bad ass

I can't believe how well the coilovers drive out. It's a night and day difference from my coil and shock. I am working on the stop ring location right now. Trying to get everything dialed in. I should have the time tomorrow to burn in the rear. DD, where did your stop ring finally end up?

Maybe its just me, but it looks like you are going to have clearance issues with the swaybar at full up articulation. If I'm wrong thats awesome, but I'd hate to have you rip the remote canisters off by accident. Other than that it looks awesome!

It clears.... I actually manually disconnect my swaybar. My electric disconnect gave up the ghost at TDS, so no real worries there. I havent had the chance to finish up the rear yet. I'm planning on doing that on Monday, and working on my front bump stops as well.

That is one damn nice coilover setup. I bet its going to ride awesome when its done...and it might flex a little bit too. Nice work, love the triple rate coils. I'm still waiting on my ship to come in...

Awesome JK. Hands down one of the nicest 2 doors anywhere.

Thanks for the compliments. This thing rides like a lazy boy on wheels! :grinpimp:

I finished up the rear install yesterday. Here's some more pics...

Sits pretty level too. Now I just need to flex it out and put some miles on it. Still working on mounts for my front speed bumps.

I've got about 2200.00 in everything. You can't beat our vendors, I was dealing with 2 of the best. The ride quality is very noticeable. I wish I'd have done this sooner!

very nice ! looks great.. and i bet it rides great ! nice work:beer: i have front coilovers but not rear.. do they rear coilovers make alote difference ?
I rode around for a week with your setup, definitely an improvement from stock, the rear setup smooths everything out. It's worth it IMO.

Looks great man. You need to take me for a ride.
Anytime, man.

what were the coil rates you ordered to get it to sit at that height? How much lift do you think it equates to? About the same or less than what a typical 4" lift would sit?
I went with 250/300 with tender coils all the way around. The ride height sits at about the equivalent of a 4" lift. I think I'm going to raise it 1/2", I have too much bumpstop in the rear with the the speedbumps. Just barely.

I appreciate all of the comments. I am still dialing everything in, but I am already very impressed with my initial results.

I am getting alot of PM's inquiring about the coilover specs. I thought it might be helpful to post those here.

12" FOA 2.0 remote reservoir, triple rate C/O.
Compression & rebound are valved at Medium.
Springs are as follows...
14" blue coil 300
10" blue coil 250
+Tender coil.

If you have further questions, or for more detailed information, I'd suggest you PM Kevin (UGET IT) from Method Motorsports. He is very knowledgeable, and extremely helpful with the FOA coilover setup.
