How do the superior evolution chromoly axles with the ctm ujoints for the JK dana 44 matchup to your cv axles. I'd like to see some numbers like the comparison to the oem axles.

Coming Soon.... stay tuned.

but in the mean time...

Here are some numbers from Randy's Ring and Pinion using the "DUAL HEAT TREAT" method which most of the top u-joint style axle manufaturers use...

The spherical sealing technology was designed for just that... to keep the debris and water out and the greeeeeeze in!

Do you use the cryogenic process on your axles? We find that even with stock drivetrain parts it helps a lot.

We use a proprietary heat treat method that allows us to achieve the maximum strength and toughness. The area under our graph is the toughness... Toughness: The ability of a metal to rapidly distribute within itself both the stress and strain caused by a suddenly applied load, or more simply expressed, the ability of a material to withstand shock loading. It is the exact opposite of "brittleness" which carries the implication of sudden failure. A brittle material has little resistance to failure once the elastic limit has been reached.(about.com)

We have an in house state-of-the-art test lab where we test shafts and cv joints that have been manufactured using different types of heat treat ( including cryo) and decide based on overall strength and toughness which method works best for which application.

What kind of clearance is there to use these with an inner sleeve in the Rubicon D44? The sleeve takes up about a half inch on the tube side. Will these allow enough clearance for the reinforcing sleeve?

Thanks
